Every season has its charm. Winter (December to March) is ski season, when the village is at its liveliest. Summer offers hiking, green meadows and long alpine days, while spring and autumn are quieter and ideal for a peaceful escape.

We are flexible and can adapt to your needs. Standard check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 11:00. If we don’t have same-day arrivals or departures, we’ll do our best to accommodate early check-in or late check-out.

A member of our local team will meet you at the chalet (or nearby) to hand over the keys, show you around and answer any questions. For very late arrivals we may arrange a self check-in with clear instructions.

Yes, there is private parking for guests at the chalet.

A car is convenient for reaching the slopes and exploring the valley, but not essential — taxis and the local train and bus network work well, and the village promenade itself is car-free. We can share trusted transfer contacts.

The chalet is exclusively yours during your stay. Our housekeeper comes daily at agreed times and works discreetly around your rhythm. You’ll barely notice them, except for the results.

The main ski slopes are a 5-minute drive away. Once your stay is confirmed, we’ll share a map with our favourite lifts, runs and mountain huts.

Pets are generally not allowed, but you’re welcome to ask and we’ll consider small, well-behaved pets on a case-by-case basis.

Smoking is not allowed inside the chalet

Intimate celebrations, like a birthday dinner or a family gathering, are welcome with prior arrangement. For larger events, please get in touch to discuss what’s possible.

We ask all guests to respect the neighbours and keep noise to a reasonable level, especially late at night.

Please let us know as soon as possible. Everyday wear and tear is expected; for significant damage we may deduct costs from the security deposit after discussing it with you.
